LEGISLATION
TO ADOPT FEDERAL INTERNAL REVENUE CODE PROVISIONS CONCERNING OPPORTUNITY ZONES; AND TO PROVIDE STATE TAX INCENTIVES RELATED TO INVESTMENTS IN OPPORTUNITY ZONES.
TO REPEAL THE PHILLIPS COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS BUILDING TRADES CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM.
TO PROHIBIT ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICIALS FROM REGISTERING AS LOBBYISTS.

TO AMEND THE LAWS CONCERNING LOCAL GOVERNMENT BONDS; AND TO ALLOW A MUNICIPALITY'S OR COUNTY'S PORTION OF THE NET CASINO GAMING RECEIPTS TAX REVENUES TO BE PLEDGED FOR THE REPAYMENT OF CERTAIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT BONDS.

TO AMEND THE LAW REGARDING GREYHOUND RACING; AND TO AUTHORIZE THE USE OF PAYABLE WINNINGS AGREEMENTS.

TO AMEND AN EXEMPTION TO THE ARKANSAS CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT OF 2006.

TO AMEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BOND ACT OF 1985.

TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE ARKANSAS CODE REGARDING PERMITS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE BUSINESSES; TO AMEND THE POPULATION RATIO FOR PERMITS TO SELL OFF-PREMISES; AND TO SHORTEN THE TIME PERIOD A PERMIT IS ON INACTIVE STATUS.
TO RECOGNIZE AND REMEMBER THE GREATEST MARITIME DISASTER IN UNITED STATES HISTORY.
TO AMEND THE LAW REGARDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; TO AMEND PORTIONS OF THE LAW RESULTING FROM INITIATED ACT 1 OF 1942; AND TO ESTABLISH A MICROBREWERY-RESTAURANT PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT.
TO CREATE THE ARKANSAS DELTA MUSIC TRAIL ACT; TO PROMOTE TOURISM AND PROVIDE TAX INCENTIVES FOR ART PROJECTS ALONG DESIGNATED MUSIC HIGHWAYS IN THE STATE; AND TO REQUIRE SIGNAGE ALONG DESIGNATED MUSIC HIGHWAYS IN THE STATE.
TO RECOGNIZE THAT ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF CHILDREN IS A SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEM; TO COMMEND THE IMPORTANT WORK BEING DONE TO COMBAT THE PROBLEM; AND TO PROCLAIM APRIL 11, 2019, AS “CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY CENTER DAY”.
TO CONTINUE A LEVY OF A ONE-HALF PERCENT SALES AND USE TAX FOR THE STATE’S HIGHWAY SYSTEM, COUNTY ROADS, AND CITY STREETS.
TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR ETHICS VIOLATIONS; AND TO RAISE THE AMOUNT OF FINES THAT MAY BE LEVIED BY THE ARKANSAS ETHICS COMMISSION.
TO INCREASE THE PENALTY FOR TAKING CAMPAIGN FUNDS AS PERSONAL INCOME; AND TO AMEND PROVISIONS OF ARKANSAS LAW RESULTING FROM INITIATED ACT 1 OF 1990 AND INITIATED ACT 1 OF 1996.
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL REVENUE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF HIGHWAYS, STREETS, AND BRIDGES IN THE STATE.
AN ACT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES APPROPRIATION FOR THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR.
TO RECOGNIZE THE CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY NOLAN RICHARDSON JR. TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AND TO REQUEST THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT FAYETTEVILLE NAME THE BASKETBALL COURT IN BUD WALTON ARENA IN HIS HONOR.
